Membership FAQs
When is my membership active?
2025 Membership starts January 1 and ends December 31, 2025.
When does my membership subscription renew?
When you purchase your membership online, your subscription will automatically renew on January 1 of the following year unless manually renewed prior to the end of membership.
How do I receive my membership card and first draft pour?
Please come by either of our locations to procure your membership items.
When can I sign up for a membership?
2025 enrollment is available for purchase December 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025.
How do I refund my membership?
Membership purchases are final, and once purchased, members may not cancel their membership for that year in exchange for a refund. Automatic renewals with our online system can be canceled at any time by logging in to My Account.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Yes! How thoughtful! Please fill out the form completely when purchasing the membership so that we know who to contact. Your gift recipient will receive instructions on how to create & manage their account.
How do I access my account?
Once your membership is purchased online, you will be prompted to create an account and set a password. Once logged in, your account details, including payment methods and membership management, can all be accessed under My Account.
How do I get merchandise discounts?
Your 15% off all merchandise discount is automatically applied to online purchases as long as you are logged into your account and it’s the same account that your membership was purchased on.
Your 2025 LAAW School card will be your proof of membership when visiting our tasting rooms and to apply your discounts on merchandise and beer to-go.
