Celebrating the release of Goldilocks Kölsch, we’ll be serving biers in the traditional fashion w/ table-side service of Stange glasses from a kranz.
What is Kölsch service?
- When you order the Kölsch service from one our beertenders, you’ll be provided with your unique LA Ale Works Stange and first pour of Goldilocks Kölsch
- Our staff will bring around trays of 6.75 oz Kölsch/Stange glasses filled with beer, drop one off, and mark a tick on your coaster
- We will keep bringing Kölsch every time you have an empty glass! Place your coaster on top of your glass to let us know you’ve met your Kölsch limit
- When you’re ready to leave, our staff will close you out for the ticks on the coaster
Fun fact: Stange translates to “pole,” and is the traditional glassware for enjoying the crushable German Kölsch.
