Fellow Humans
LA Ale Works is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all. Our reputation is shaped not only by our beer and employees but our customers as well. We require all staff, guests, and vendors to respect the following Code of Conduct at all times.
- Respect not only one another but also the community gathering place that is our brewery. We want our space to shine as much as our beer does.
- If you see something, say something.
- Contribute to a positive environment and exceptional experience free of hostile, threatening or offensive behavior.
- No outside alcohol, smoking or vaping.
- Children must be in arms reach of their guardian and not disrupt the enjoyment of fellow guests (applies to Hawthorne location only; Culver City is 21+).
- This is not a playground – no running, jumping, climbing or throwing objects.
- Well behaved, non-aggressive dogs on a leash are welcome.
- We have great neighbors, please give them and their property the respect they deserve so that we can continue to use their parking after hours.
A guest or vendor not acting in accordance with this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the premises. For complaints about employee behavior, please send a detailed description to [email protected] and it will be addressed immediately.
